Our highly reputable Limerick based law firm client now has a requirement for a Solicitor with plaintiff Personal Injury and Medical Negligence experience to join their team. This is a permanent full time position and will handle a busy caseload of high end work. Fantastic long term opportunity in terms of career development and progression as a collaborative culture exists in the firm that develops and encourages career aspiration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume portfolio of Personal Injury and Medical Negligence claims from cradle to grave
- Conduct settlement negotiations
Requirements:
- Irish Qualified Solicitor (a range of PQE levels will be considered)
- Possess a strong litigation and academic background
- Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with a keen eye for detail
